Question Usage
The quizzes purchased are for the sole use of the purchaser and are to be used on the dates for which they are requested. The questions provided remain at all times the copyright of QuizWise and the re-sale of the question sets is strictly prohibited.
Buying Quizzes on-line
Click on the Quizzes link on the main menu option at the top of the page. Select which quiz you wish to purchase and if they are for a regular weekly quiz select how many weeks you wish to purchase the quiz for.
After you have selected the quizzes you wish to buy proceed to the check-out to review the selected items. When you are happy with the purchases that you have selected then click the Submit Payment button.
Our payments are processed using Paypal so we accept Switch, Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Electron. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
Once we have verified that PayPal has accepted your payment we will then ship your order.
Orders must be placed 5 days prior to the quiz taking place, or in the case of a series of quizzes being ordered, 5 days before the first quiz is scheduled to take place.
Delivery Schedule
All quizzes will be dispatched via email to the email address you provide at the time of purchase. Please ensure that you notify us immediately if this email address changes, especially if you have ordered quizzes for multiple weeks.
The quizzes will be sent in pdf format and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that they have a suitable means to print out the questions.
If you wish to have the questions dispatched by post then please contact us to arrange this.
If questions are being sent by email these will arrive no later than 48 hours prior to the quiz date requested. Please do not contact us to discuss 'late' questions until this point.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
Whilst we endeavour to thoroughly research all questions and their answers, on occasion, a mistake can occur. If this does happen and you are not entirely satisfied that QuizWise took all appropriate steps to research the question then we will, on request, refund your money for that particularly quiz or will dispatch a new one free of charge. Quizwise will not refund monies for any new events that have occurred since the time of dispatching the quiz. e.g. the unexpected election of a new Prime Minister.
Returns Policy
Under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulation, as defined by the Office of Fair Trading, we cannot refund any monies for any quizzes that are dispatched by email. By definition anything received by email is classed as being opened. Under the same regulations you have the right to cancel your order or any orders dispatched by post or if the email is as yet unsent, within 7 working days of placing same. Your right to cancel starts when the contract is entered into, and ends 7 working days from the "day after" the day that the goods are received. Provided, as previously stated, that the quiz remains unopened. A 10% handling charge will be deduct from the original payment mad in such cases.
